I’m sorry for my late response to this complaint. We are sincerely sorry that Mr*** had a bad experience with our service department. Our service manager should have never said the things that he said to Mr***, and he is being dealt with accordingly. We are confident
that our advisor completed the phone calls and voicemails to ***’ phone. However, for some reason, the inappropriate voicemail was the only one received. We have asked for the call records from our phone service provider to help us identify the reason for our communication issue. Please be assured that we take this very seriously, and will strive to prevent this from happening in the future.
