Schmit Bros sold [redacted] a used 2005 Grand Cherokee on March 11th 2013.At delivery Mr. [redacted] signed the Wisconsin Buyers Guide stating that at one time this was a Manufacturer buyback. Mr. [redacted] has not been back for any service since taking delivery. I am faxing you a copy of the...

I had the best experience working with Lisa [redacted], the salesperson, Tracy [redacted], the sales manager, and Ericka [redacted], the finance manager. After searching for a new vehicle for a year, I've had many encounters with sales people. Almost all were bad until I found the aforementioned ladies at Schmit Bros. They were knowledgeable, courteous, extremely pleasant, and an all around fantastic experience in car buying. I would recommend these folks to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. I was so impressed by the way the phone experience went that I was willing to travel quite a distance just to make the deal. I am very happy with my new Dodge Durango.
