Review: I hired Schmidt Roofing to place new roof and gutters on my residence . I hired them as they work with Moore Design. Schmidt Roofing sub-contracted out the gutter work. Work was completed in 2012.. Due to the wet weather this year, it was noted water was spilling out of the gutters.

After several failed attempts to contact Schmidt Roofing regarding this issue(missed appointments,unreturned phone calls) I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: Replacement of gutters.

I had Schmidt Roofing install a CertainTeed 50 yr roof on my house last fall. The crew was nice and did a great job cleaning up. Since then we noticed a problem where the two roof lines come together that wasn't evident until the snow thawed. The owner was responsive for the first month, even looked at the issues, and admitted there was something that could be done to fix it, but nothing has been done since. It will cost us $450 to have another roofing company come in. The owner is nice, but his lack of customer service would cause me to not recommend him. Also, the Revdex.com did try to get this issue resolved, but the owner failed to respond.
