Schmer's Towing

I am rejecting this response because:The owner still has not returned my phone call, and his response is contradictory and not accurate.  In one sentence he says that the whole lot is paid parking and in the other sentence he says that there are 10 minute parking spots in the lot.  The spot I parked in had neither sign in front, so I am not sure how I was supposed to know which one applied.  Also, his information about the tow truck driver was not accurate.  The tow truck driver did know how long I was in there.  He said that he saw me park and saw me go in.  He was sitting there waiting.  I saw the tow truck when I parked, but I assumed that he was there to help someone with a flat tire or something.  Had I known it was a paid parking spot I obviously would have paid, especially with a tow truck sitting in the lot. And I was present the whole time this was happening, I didn't see the driver put skates or anything under the wheels before moving my car.

We are contracted with the property owner to monitor the paid lot,if you don't pay you don't stay. It seems no matter what we say or do for her other then refund the drop fee, she will not be happy. The lot has signs every where, attached is a photo of the area she was parked.

Schmer's Towing lied about the value of the car, refused to let my brother get my property that was in the car, and tried to get owner to give them signed title without telling owner where the vehicle was or what its true value was.
