This builder is great. Easy to work with, great quality home.

We built a new home with Schlabach builders in 2014 and they were great to work with. Totally honest and upfront. At the very first meeting we were shown the cost of the home which broke down materials, labor, and even disclosed their profit. During the build process we were provided a schedule of when each phase would happen. Not only did they stay on schedule but actually finished two days ahead of schedule. We had talked to several people that had usd them prior to signing the contract and we couldn't find one person that was not happy. As a sidenote their trim and cabinets are second to none among builders in this price range.
