Schipperfabrik

Shipperfabrik was an impossible company to deal with. I foolishly ignored the past negative experiences of others and ordered an SBR from their site.
I called the store to make sure that the item was in stock, and was told that they were. Within 45 minutes I placed my order. I received a receipt but no shipping information.
Over a week later I received an email stating my item was on back order and expected to ship in 2-5 weeks. I responded with my disappointment that I had been misled about the item being in stock. I was greeted with excuses about how someone may have ordered between my call and my order and how "they may have had one or two in stock."
Not knowing your stock and how many are already ordered is inexcusable. It is fairy common business practice to know how many items are already spoken for against your stock. No care was taken to make sure that the item was in stock and if it was not to be taken off the list of available items.
I was willing to wait the extra time but the excuses and lack of responsibility on the part of the supplier convinced me to demand a refund. Now I am waiting to see if they will actually give it to me. Never dealing with them again.
