Schindler Remodelling

Review: Schindler remodeling was contracted to do kids full bathroom remodel. Work was begun February 15th 2016. Contract stated work would be completed in 5-7 business days. While removing old bathroom, leak was caused into basement which damaged several ceiling tiles. Contractor asked for extra money as he had 'run out' 75% of agreed cost of project was paid. Bathroom was left unfinished and contractor 'disappeared' Would not answer calls/text/emails. Finally heard that he had broken vanity top and didn't initially have money to order another one. Would reorder top when he had money. It has now been almost 2 months since project was started and he is now not returning calls/text/voicemail/email.

I am considering legal action.Desired Settlement: I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have paid out almost $9000 and I have a bathroom that is unfinished
