They never come to service elevators after request is put in, they don't call to inform of ETA or call a wrong number that I asked them to correct
The only elevator in our building has needed service several times in the past year, and every time I place a service request, the company doesn't show upAfter I call them repeatedly to ask when they are coming, they tell me they will have the service person call me with an ETA they never do, or they call a wrong number that I have asked them to correct many timesThis is the only company that can service our elevator, and to rely on them when they are so unreliable puts our business at legal risk every time we can't provide our elevator for the elderly or disabledEvery time I call to check the status of our service request, they tell me someone will come yet they never follow up
