Schillings Carpet One

Review: Called to report Carpet in the upstairs bedroom needed re-stretched. Was told they would call back after the 4th of July. After 3 weeks and no call, my wife went in to talk to them. That was a week ago and still no returned phone call after they promised her they would call and schedule a time to come and re-stretch the carpet at no charge because they guaranteed it.Desired Settlement: Come and stretch the carpet like they promised with no charge to us.
