Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/03/17) */ I have reviewed this complaint and the history of this accountOur records show that we did mail a return of deposit check for $260($withheld for additional cleaning needed on refrigerator and kitchen and bathroom floors) on June 10, After speaking with a gentleman on the phone several months after the fact I personally cancelled the check and sent anotherThe address where we mailed the check appears to be different than the one listed on this complaintTo be certain that this complaint is resolved I will be cancelling all previous checks and will mail a check today(via certified mail) to the address listed on this complaint for the full amount of the deposit($300)If the check is not received by Monday, March 21st please contact (XXX)XXX-XXXXWe have been in business for over years and have never had an issue surrounding an unreturned security depositThis is the first complaint we have ever received of any kind from the Revdex.com regarding our companyPlease send confirmation once this case has been resolved to ***@schillingproperties.com Thank you
