Schiffer Publishing Company

I deeply regret choosing Schiffer Publishing for my book. Despite the contract promising a 10% royalty, I only receive 5% for U.S. sales and a mere 2.5% for overseas sales, all due to a deceptive clause buried within the contract. This clause stipulates that 'sales through a book club' are entitled to only 5% royalties, which is the figure reflected on the statement. However, it's evident that they've sold other books without going through a book club, meaning I'll never see that money. It's a terrible deal, and I deeply regret working with Schiffer.

On 8/18 I spent 1hr.+ going thru all 43 pages of your military & aviation pages & I had placed 200 + $ in my want list . left the room & came back to find it empty & deleted. They have cashed my Payment of 49.99 + 7.03= 57.02

SO FAR NO BOOK Either send the book OR REFUND PAYMENT !!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I Expect delivery of order .Or Refund.

Review: The product I bought was never delivered and after contacting them about it I was just sent back the complaint. When I asked for a refund on the product they refused to reply and I did not receive a refund for the non delivered product.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $24.68 for the non delivered product.
