I ended going back to *** with way less hassle, way lower fees, a free appraisal, and an interest rate of 3.99% instead of their rip off 4.5%My credit went higher last week as I just paid off 22,in student loansRoyal United caught lying againAs you can see by their lame response, they didn't offer to rectify thus situation at allJust more typical responses by Royal UnitedBlame everyone else! Royal United is very unprofessional, their agent I had was very condescending, and Royal will lie as much as they can to get you to stay with themProblem is, I've done this many times before and wasn't about to be taken for a rideRoyal United didn't like thatSo, I fired themThey don't practice what they say about their so called 90% customer satisfaction record at callMore to the contraryTheir lossI will continue to go viral on the internet and with everyone I know that Royal United are unprofessional!

a timely and professional mannerIt is also in our opinion that the borrower misunderstood the importance of divulging all of her rental properties to Royal UnitedRoyal did not uncover the other rental properties till after the appraisal was completedOnce the other rental properties were calculated into Ms***’s debt to income (DTI) it was unfortunately over Fannie Mae’s acceptable levelRoyal United Mortgage sent Ms*** her appraisal and will be happy to transfer her appraisal to any lender that will be able to complete a refinance for her Due to the public nature of the Revdex.com we are unable to upload any loan documentationHad the findings shown a different result, a different action would have been taken by Royal United MortgageRest assured Ms.*** comments will be shared with our training department to help improve our customer service

First of all, it is not good faith when this mortgage company does not call or communicate in any form for over two months advising me of the status of my loanSecond, my application WAS a quality one, I had a 740+ FICO score, year job and made above average salaryMy application was good enough for an institution such as *** ** *** to process my application immediately afterWhy else would Royal United order an appraisal if I was not approved as a quality candidate? And third, and the point of this entire situation, I have not been forwarded my refund! I called *** and they keep sent me back to Royal UnitedI invite Royal United to provide proof of their communication to meThey claim I was notified immediately of the progress of this application, at no time did they initiate contact to me, I had to follow up and insist they provided status. The attached shows the only email I got in regards to my refundAs you can see, it is very vagueNo visa card of mine has been refunded for any amount.In a little over one month, it will mark the one year anniversary when I first applied and they are still playing gamesPlease, let’s move on and refund the $you unethically took from me.
