Schields Container Service

Review: I have been using schields container service for my recycling service. I"ve since deceided in NOVEMER 2013 to cancel my service and I paid ahead until the end of December 2013. I have been trying to get my refund from schields container service for NOVEMBER and DECEMBER but they won"t return my call. My refund is $40.00. County waste took over for Schiels Container Service and adviced me that it is not there responsbility to refund me it"s Schields Container Service. The person at county waste and recycling in [redacted],PA AT ###-###-#### told me that five other people have called about this same isssue,she advised them to call SCHIELDS Container SERVICE for there refund. Apparently he is trying to rip off these other people too,so this is the reason I"m contacting you. 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund .
