Scheunemann Tax Service P.Adoes not acceot responsibility for their errors nor do they want to work with their clients to help resolve a matter They did not provide income earned at the time my taxes were prepared I provided the document to them at the time my taxes were prepared but they failed to include the amount in my total income for that year As a result of their error, I am not only being penalized by the State of Minnesota asking for reimbursement for our Minnesota Individual Income Tax and Property Tax refund but also for interest and penalty since Their error also caused an audit on my Federal and State tax returns which resulted in additional funds from me along with interest and penalties I rely on Scheunemann Tax Service, P.Ato provide me with their expertise in preparing my taxesI paid for a service I feel I did not receive I feel that since it was an error on their part they should be responsible for the amount due on the letter I receiv
