the attached email thread between [redacted] [redacted] of [redacted] Management and [redacted], the homeowner. It appears from that exchange that the leak is related to a pre-existing crack in the foundation and is not related to any work performed by Schernecker Property Services.Additional conversations are scheduled to take place this week and I will receive an update on Friday, November 17. Once I know more, I will update the Revdex.com website.Thank you!
