Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have estimates stating what needs to be replaced and repaired (I have several more appointments with contractors for more estimates)
I have had several sit down consultations with attorneys and showed them the contract, pictures (during and after the work was done), the estimates I have obtained, they all feel that I have a very strong case against MrS***
I feel that I am another victim added to the statistics of being taken advantage by a contractor
If MrS*** wants to take this to court, then that is what we will do.Sincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com,
Mr. [redacted] changed the fence proposal from the original signed contract agreement to a custom style of fence. This required cutting over 900 fence slats to a custom "Dog Ear" style. Mr. [redacted] tried to change the contracted agreement throughout the entire process. What...
should have been a 7-10 day job took our crew almost 3 weeks to complete, due majorily to, his constant complaint about just about everything from day one.
Initially, we had to tear down approximate 5 eight foot sections, as, the fence slats were installed one inch off the ground, then, Mr. [redacted] wanted them lower than one inch. This was a nightmare of a job for us. I explained to Mr. [redacted], and showed him his proposal and contract, outlining his agreed purchase. There simply was no way to make this man happy and we took a pretty good financial hit, based on his constant change of game. I sent employees out on several occasions to make a correct here or there. I would say at least 5 trips to make him, we thought, satisfied.
