The form of payment was a Visa gift card that our computer system did not recognize.? ? We have been working with Micros (Oracle) to find out why this would happen.? As was explained to the guests their card was NEVER charged by our system, the funds may have been held for a hour period but we never received any form of payment from that account.? Also the complainants left without paying for anything.? So they have been credited their funds that were on hold (as per the Visa gift card processing agreement) and they left no cash to cover the dinners they ate.? So I do not see where they would be entitled to any refund when they never paid.? ? We hope that the issue will be resolved soon and after talking with Micros this is happening to many merchants.? We are sorry for the inconvenience, however this is a technical issue that is out of our control.? We feel this is an isolated case with just this form of payment
