Lazy video inspection plumber, stay away, does not use cleanouts like your suppose too. Claims could not find them Yet shows them on diagram. They were at back door and laundry room. Make claims for needless vent work and damages gutters with ladder. Repair work though needless done by a known plumber. Agents dislike because of bad work.

I have been using Louis [redacted] with Schaff plumbing for over 20 years. As a realtor I do a lot of inspections and I wouldn't use anyone else. He does video plumbing inspections, but not plumbing repair so he gives an unbiased report. AWESOME!
