I dealt with Trish S[redacted] who is an absolute delight. Trish helped me sort out options, premiums, options etc., and could not have been more responsive both in email and on the phone. I have been very impressed and expect to now become long term customers with Hartselle Insurance even though my classmate has since retired- I feel like I got "classmate-level" attention from Trish.

We got several estimates & wanted to remain w/Hartselle due to the good rate & good . service. Jessica was suuuuch a help, buying a house/moving isn't for the faint of heart.
