Review: I paid for a medical recommendation and I.D. card, which I did not receive, as it was mailed to wrong address. Clinic will not remedy mistake, and is not responding to emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the things that I paid for mailed to the correct address, or a refund.

This customer first was not the patient receiving the medical recommendation and ID, he just paid for the patient. The recommendation was first mailed to the physical address which was undeliverable. The customer then gave me a P.O. Box to mail it to. It was mailed to the P.O. Box and was still undeliverable and came back to us. The customer was offered a copy emailed or faxed to him in the meantime which was declined. The customer then proceeded to file a complaint to the Revdex.com before I was able to provide him with proof that we were sending the recommendation out but it was his postal service he himself uses that was not giving him his mail from us. As for the ID Card the customer was informed that the patient will be receiving a free ID next year for the delay, but without a deliverable address at the time the ID was not issued.
