I just saw the message about the file being closed a few minutes ago as I just found your message in my junk mail this morningI had not responded to your other message earlier due to the fact that it took over week just to make the shipping arrangements trying to get the products returned to them and they still have not received them and probably wont receive them until later this week as they are still in transitSo I would hope this file can be reopened if for some reason they won't refund me after the products are received at there locationPlease let me know

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To whom it may concern,In the response from the business they acknowledge that the warmer is damaged The bulb shattered from what appeared to be excess heat (I have photos of the broken bulb) I did not deem it appropriate to send the broken glass in the mail, however I did offer up the photo of the broken bulb the frustrating thing now is the business has my warmer and now I cannot get it back, forcing me to have to buy their product again instead of just buying a replacement bulb To resolve this matter, please quote me a new bulb installed into my existing warmer Assuming that the price is reasonable I will pay for the bulb in order to get my warmer back I hope this can solve this matter [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because I tried to remain active made numerous phone calls, sent numerous emails and was still rejected and have been told that I cannot join again until March The statement made said I'm welcome back whenever I'm ready to engage my business, that conflicts with what I've already been told that customer supportI'd like a clarification on whether I have to wait until March or if I chose to join again now if I would truly be welcomed Sincerely, [redacted]
This claim originated in May of Since that time we have not been contacted by [redacted] or the consultant The consultant who has [redacted] ***' damaged warmer is sending it back to the company and we will in turn be sending [redacted] a new warmer
We will have the customer's refund ready to send out in Friday's mail
Before we can look into this complaint we will need more details from the customer We will need to have the order number that she received when she placed the order, also the receipt or copy of the receipt for her order, and we will also need to know her consultant's name whom she ordered from If she has any screen shots of any previous emails between herself and a Scentsy Consultant Support Representative that would also be helpful Once we have this information we will be able to look into these allegations Best Regards, Nancy M [redacted] Legal Assistant | Scentsy, Inc

Ms [redacted] was cancelled on or about 10/31/ She then contacted Scentsy that she was unable to run her business and Scentsy reinstated her on or about 11/10/ This was the second time Ms [redacted] 's account had been reinstated; the first time being back on 4/14/ The next time she is eligible for reinstatement will be in March 2018.Best Regards,Nancy M***Legal Assistant | Scentsy, Inc
As per Scnetsy's Policies and Procedures, we can only refund the money if and when the consultant returns all of her/his started kit back to Scentsy with everything unused and resalable Ms [redacted] was made aware of this in more than one email Once we receive her started kit back, she will be refunded for only those items that are unused and resalable Regards, [redacted] Legal Assistant
This complaint has been resolved and the customer has been refunded the amount requested
Scentsy does have a Lefetime warranty if the product has a manufacturer's defect Scentsy had requested the damaged warmer back in May of and has never received it This is the responsibility of the consumer to return the product We will in good faith send a replacement warmer

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference t [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Yes, I used TWO fresheners prior to knowing the damage that they caused and I was unaware of the warning until the damage happenedThe legal team was UNABLE to answer the following question: If this freshener causes this much damage to the inside of a car, what kind of damage is it causing to us humans by breathing it in and touching it with our hands!! I was also told by the legal team to hang these items from my rear view mirrorIn the state of Maryland, where I live, it's illegal to hang ANYTHING from your rear view mirror and I do know other states that have the same law! If you "google" these car fresheners, you'll see a lot more complaints regarding the damage that these have caused people since they have been released to the public I have used many other car fresheners in my car and always have hung them in the same place, and NO other brand has caused any damage to my carThere is something MORE serious going on here with the product they are selling! Further testing and further warnings should be issued on this product!! [redacted]

We do have this complaint, it came in on Saturday In her complaint to us she states she read all the warnings and yet decided to hang not one but two Scent Circles on her car radio Here is the package warnings for our Scent Circles: “WARNING: This product contains fragrance oil Do not allow contact with any surface damage will occur Product must hang freely KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.” Almost all companies that make these type of car freshners say the same thing [redacted] [redacted] ***
The customer's missing order was delivered to her on 7/27/ We will assume this incident has been taken care of, and we apologize to the customer
