I have used Scentiments for years I recently purchased "Light Blue" from Dolce and Gabbana- the tester I have made this same exact purchase at least times prior from scentiments This was the first time I was sent a fake First it came just as a bottle not even the plain cardboard box that testers come in Secondly it's serial number was not even the same type of sticker as an old bottle that was not a tester Totally wrong type of sticker The most obvious problem was that within minutes of spraying the perfume, the scent totally faded So I called customer service and they apologized but they have new management/owners and said that they would not do anything until they had the bottle back to test its authentication Basically I would have to send it back and wait for them to test it before I got either a new bottle or my money back I told them that waiting that long was not acceptable It took calls over a two week period before they agreed to refund my money as soon as the perfume was in transit via mail So once I sent it UPS- I got my money back I am very disappointed- it should not take calls and weeks to fix The new management needs a lot of improvement I am really saddened because they always had the best prices I have been a loyal customer for years but since they sent me a fake and even worse took weeks to fix it, I am no longer a customer Do not buy from them
