$23 dollars for shipping and I placed my order 2/28/2020 and here we are after contacting this man NUMEROUS times as to WHY my order has not budged and it is 3/23/20!
This is absolutely insane! And now he “cannot answer the phone because he is driving.” Okay so why can you send long detailed text messages then?! And I have been calling since 9:37 this morning! Over it!
I believe Lisa P, put it perfectly. I LOOOVE them!! I was always able to get a status update (this was my first purchase) Chase helped me out a lot!! Very polite and professional and had my shipment to me as soon as he could, (I ordered specific colors w different scents) totally HAPPY with my order, customer service and shipment!! A+++

Thank you Scentimental Gifts for supplying my small business so exceptionally well for many years!! I am a stay at home mom with a small craft business, mainly selling Aroma Bead Air Fresheners. As I stated, I have been purchasing from Scentimental Gifts for many many years now, actually more times than I can even begin to remember, and I can say 110% without a doubt, I have always been extremely pleased with the superiority in the quality of their products and service that I have received. I have noticed that the only negative feedback from a small amount of customers is about the order time frames. The "above average" and "better than the rest" quality that they provide in their products along with their very friendly and personal service, to me is well worth the wait for my orders. I have followed the information that they have listed on their website, which thoroughly details their different product time frames, as well as the shipping times. I make sure to try and place my orders with plenty of time for them to prepare my order and for me to receive it with plenty of time to complete my customers orders. Since first starting to purchase products from them many years ago, I have been able to develop a very good relationship with them. Therefore, if I am in a bind or time urgent situation, or if I want a product customized or changed from the way they normally do it, then all I have to do is contact them. I HIGHLY recommend Scentimental Gifts and will continue to do business with them as long as I make Aroma Beads and use scented supplies and products. There are always going to be "nay sayers" no matter how great their products and service are. Unfortunately, it is human nature that people will complain much more often than they will praise, but I can tell you from many many personal experiences with this company that you definitely need to try them out! Thanks for all of your great products and hard work Scentimental Gifts and I will be placing another order again very soon!!
Definitely not a superb business. I wish I would have researched more before purchasing. Made my purchase on 2/11/19 and paid for 2 day shipping with the ETA delivery date 2/13/19. Today is 2/16/19 and I have not received my package and the website still says it’s “Processing.” I’ve reached out via email 4 times with no reply. And via phone one time. Owner answered the phone on 2/16/19 and said he wasn’t around the office at the time to check on my order and instructed me to text him my name/order number and he would get back to me. Still haven’t heard anything. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. This was my first and last time buying from here. At this point, I’ve been stolen from. I paid money for goods that I have not received.
I have never received my product which I ordered 8 days ago. My order status hasn’t changed from Processing. I have contacted this company via email (2 times) and called and left a voice mail (3 or 4 times). I am running a small business of my own and have hundreds of dollars in product I had to send out by this weekend(February 9) . I am furious and want a refund
I won't even give them a star at this point. The only reason I put 1 star is because I had to to post the review. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. According to their website it shows still processing. I have emailed them twice and have not received any response. I have tried calling several times and have not been able to get anyone to answer my phone call. I am beyond frustrated and will never even try to order from this company again even if I even receive this order that I have already paid for.
I don't even give them a star! I placed an order over 2 weeks ago...still have no received my order they drafted their $ the day I made my order...I have called (mailbox is full) text and sent 2 emails,,still no contact from them..
will not buy from them again guess I am out the money they took! Very aggrivaiting to those of us that they have stolen money from,,,I feel it was stolen because we I have not received my product!
I placed an order two weeks ago and paid for two day shipping and haven't received my order, I have sent emails, text and called and nothing. the page states that if choosing 2 day shipping to call them so that they are aware. horrible slow service I will not be using this company again. $100+ down the drain!
Run from this company!!!! I wish I would have done my research before placing my large order!!! I have yet to receive my order after almost two weeks and it says it’s still processing! I have called many times, emailed and text messaged...NO RESPONSE! Mailbox is full. Paid for 2-day shipping. Oh, but they were sure FAST taking my money!!! Soooo frustrating not being able to reach someone. I was duped and I’m angry. I’m even wondering if the company is still in business!
This is the first time I have ordered thru this and will be the last. I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and it still shows in Processing Status. I have called txt and emailed and have not received any response. I also paid for 2 day shipping. Looks like money lost which is infuriating when trying to start your own business!
I an giving 2 stars because my first order shipped the same day order placed. However, half the order was incorrect. I called twice, emailed and messaged their contact us page. No response.
I placed a second order, paid for priority shipping a week later and it still hasn't even shipped. So once again I have emailed twice and messaged...with no response what so ever.
I reached out to Scentimental Gift Etc. 2 times via email (7/7/18 & 7/10/18) and 2 times via phone. First time I called someone answered but did not acknowledge the call. Second call went straight to voicemail which has a full mailbox. No one has even sent a email saying they will follow up with my issue. Overall just a bad experience and money lost
