I have done business with Scented Monkey in the past with no negative or unresolved issues I placed an order with this company on Decthat exceeded $and received a shipping notification from *** the following day with tracking number, current status—label has been printed, and an expected delivery date of ** Dec Four days later, I checked the status of my package and noticed that it had not changed I emailed the company to inquire if there was a problem with the order or the shipping information and, after receiving no reply, I sent an email the following day and attempted to contact them via phone The phone system transferred me to "dead" numbers or re-routed me back to the main menu without allowing me to speak with anyone about my concern After attempts, I finally spoke to a man who informed me that I could check my order status online I told him that wasn't the issue, I needed some clarification, any clarification regarding the status of my order and requested that he forward my concern to someone that could check and respond to me Early this morning, (MT, 12/**) I received a response to an email I sent on *** that said they were sorry and explained their inability to respond was because they were "very busy," without answering any of my specific concerns about my order I have done business with this company in the past, numerous times, but will not do so again I will also counsel anyone soliciting my opinion to stay away There complete disregard to provide ANY answers to my repeated requests and their abysmal phone service warrants attention

Review: I made an order on the company's website on Nov [redacted] 2015. I was notified that my order had shipped on Nov [redacted]. However, this was not true as when I clicked on the tracking number, it shows that [redacted] has only received the pre-shipment information but not an actual package. I contacted customer rep for scented monkey inc on [redacted] Nov. I was told by the rep to wait 1-2 days and they would have shipped it. I did but they didn't keep that promise. I called on the [redacted] of Dec and I was told that I should wait for another 1-2 days and it would ship before Friday. I did but as of today Friday ([redacted] Dec), they still haven't shipped it. I called customer rep again and demanded a refund. I was told they could not refund me my money. I don't know how a company can take my money, not ship my product and still have the confidence to refuse me a refund. I hope Revdex.com can resolve this. Such character shows that I may not be the first they have done this to. A business should not be allowed to treat a customer like this just because they can take your money after a purchase and you have no option but to sit and hope that they send you what you paid for.Desired Settlement: At this point, I do not feel confident continuing business with a company that behaves in such a manner. I would like a full refund of the amount I paid. They can keep their product as I have grown tired of waiting. All I want now is my money back.

Review: I purchased a product from this company. The product they sent me was not the product that was advertised. I communicated my issue with the [redacted] several times to which they finally replied by saying that instead of simply refunding my money. They asked that I pay for the return shipping. All I ask is for them to pay the return shipping considering there was no mistake made on my end. They sent me a fake product and tried to sell it as the real thing. The product they sent me was worthless.Desired Settlement: I want a full refun$27.84

Review: I purchased some fragrances from Scented Monkey on Black Friday weekend.

My box arrived and the tester Euphoria fragrance I purchased will not spray. I tried to use other sprayer caps I had here on it to make it work and nothing would work. I contacted Scented Monkey asking for help and they did not respond back to my first letter. I contacted them a second and third time and they finally responded back asking me to send them pictures of the bottle. I did so and that has now been four days ago and I have responded back to them twice asking for resolution of this issue and I have had no response. I told them that this fragrance was supposed to be a gift for my Mother for Christmas and I was concerned given the date that this issue would be fixed in time. Again, there has been no response.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have a working 3.4 oz EDP spray bottle of Euphoria that I paid money to them to give to me. If they cannot make that happen, I would like to have a refund of my costs paid back to me.

Review: I placed 2 online orders with Scented Monkey. I purchased 12 mini bottles of perfume advertised as spray bottles. When I received items, they were not spray perfumes and I immediately contacted company. I left over a dozen phone messages on machines at both numbers and emails. I was never contacted by company. I continued to call and leave messages until 3 days ago when I finally spoke to a gentleman for the first time and explained the situation. The next day I was contacted via email by their customer service representative, [redacted] and I kindly explained the issue and requested a means to resolve problem. As I had written directly through their site to customer service, I, unfortunately, did not have original emails sent and she, very unprofessionally, corresponded back several times claiming they have no emails or messages from me. I went as far to send a “test” email to ensure that the initial emails went to the correct address but she did not respond. I offered to discuss this on the phone to no avail. It is unfathomable that they claim to not have received any of my multiple messages and frankly, ironic, that they were only willing to contact me after the 45 day return policy. I retained all emails with [redacted]. This company falsely advertised and sold me a different product, refused to return numerous phone calls and emails and their customer service representative was unprofessional, unkind and unwilling to discuss any viable options to rectify a simple situation.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of both orders at this point. If deemed necessary to return perfumes, I would like Scented Monkey to cover all return shipping and handling costs.

Review: I placed an order for Escada Especially Escada women's 2.5 oz perfume on 2-**-2015 in the amount of $52.18. I have a [redacted] tracking number that has been provided for me - it indicates that the package was delivered February **, 2015 , 10:34 am In/At Mailbox [redacted]. Unfortunately this package was never delivered to my address that day. My first attempt to contact the seller was on March [redacted], 2015 after waiting a week to see if the package showed up at my door. I emailed the seller and did not receive a response.

My second contact to the seller was on March [redacted] when I called them and spoke to a woman at Scented Monkey. She looked up my order and told me that she would be contacting [redacted] about the delivery - as they had been having problems with items being delivered lately. She told me she would call me back - but I never heard back about the item or the shipping.

My third attempt at contacting the seller was on March [redacted] (it may have possibly been the [redacted] as the phone number is listed both days). This day I spoke with a man who told me that the complaint was tied up with [redacted] and I needed to wait for [redacted]'s outcome over the matter. I asked him how long these usually take and he told me it could take up to a month or so and that they would call me when they heard. I never received a response back.

My fourth attempt in contacting the seller was on April [redacted], 2015. The first man I spoke with looked up my order and told me that [redacted] had in fact rejected the claim that the package had not been delivered to my house. I explained to him that this was not possible as I have definitely not received the delivery at my house on that day. I was put on hold to wait to speak to a manager? The second man that I spoke to I again described what the issue was. I told him that it was not possible that the package had been delivered to either my house or a neighbor’s house. If it had been delivered to a neighbor’s house by mistake they would have brought it to my house. I also informed him that this was the first package in 3 years of living at my house that I have ever not received a package. I also expressed my displeasure in the fact that I ordered the item almost two months ago, have contacted the company 4 times about this issue and have never received responses from them. I also spoke with the man about the fact that this is bad customer service as I have called multiple times, so I obviously don’t have the item that I paid for and have been waiting two months for. He told me that is was not their problem because they sent the package out. At this point I would just like my money refunded for the item that I purchased but did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $52.18 to my credit card
