This is in reply to your letter dated April 11, 2017. The customer's statement oftheproblem is filled with inaccuracies and untruths. The property management company hasnot failed to call back any resident at Scenic Vista Apatiments. The on-site propertymanager is not overcharging the residents....
Each resident completes an annual tenantcertification each year that states the correct amount of rent that they need to pay. I havehad positive comments about our on-site property manager, Jennifer by the majority ofthe residents. Over the years there have been some complaints about our on-site manager,Jennifer and each time the complaint has been discussed with the on-site manager toensure that each resident is treated with respect. Each resident has to apply and go athrough screening process to rent the apartment. Jennifer has gone to ongoing training forfair housing and other property management classes that make her qualified to be a goodmanager. Over the years we have run into some difficult residents, but have tried to makesure that any problems were discussed thoroughly between management and the residentand solution agreed-upon by all parties. I completely disagree with the customer'sstatement. If there are any complaints I would ask that the resident or the resident'srepresentative put the complaint in writing to me.
