Scenic Pools

Laurence came to our home on several occasions under the name SUPREME POOLS. He answered the phone that way whenever we called. But when he finally gave us his quote it was on a Scenic Pools proposal invoice. My husband gave him a $5,000 deposit.

When I saw the invoice with a different name I thought to check more and found these complaints on Revdex.com, one stating he owed a client money and but never paid them claiming he was filing Chapter 7.

I called Laurence after finding this new info and asked him what the name of his company was and he stumbles 'Ssssuu, Scenic Pools". We stopped payment on the check but it's obvious this guy is NOT on the up and up. Buyer beware.

I purchased a Bionizer in August 2017 which ended up never working as it was supposed to. It was finally admitted that it was defective in November 2017 and at my request removed in April 2018 so I could have a new salt water system installed by another company. It was promised that I would be refunded the money in installments and today I have been told by the owner Laurence that he is filing chapter 7 and I will not be receiving my money back.
