I purchased a Bionizer in August which ended up never working as it was supposed to It was finally admitted that it was defective in November and at my request removed in April so I could have a new salt water system installed by another company It was promised that I would be refunded the money in installments and today I have been told by the owner Laurence that he is filing chapter and I will not be receiving my money back

They may make pretty looking pools but sure can't get any help years later when you are STILL having problems...

They build a beautiful Pool and when you need help later they are not around when you need them and they won't return calls. therefore, can't get help.
