I orders some flags from Stainless Banner over a month ago. have not receive my order. try on to call them six times with no luck! tried to email them also. no luck there either. I need stainless banners to send my order or a refund.

I placed an order in June of 2015 and it is now the end of July and still have not received my order. I call and either get a busy signal or no answer and a full answering machine. I would never recommend stainless banners to anyone. I am assuming that I have wasted my money, by placing an order with this company. That did not have a problem taking my money when I used my card.

I placed an order on June 29th. The money was taken from my account the same day, but I have yet to receive my merchandise!!! I am furious! I have emailed twice, and called numerous times only to hear a busy signal every single time! I very seriously doubt I will get my merchandise or my money back. Even if I did, I would still never order from Stainless Banners again. Horrible, [redacted] business. There is no way the "controversy" is causing this big of a delay especially when they had the items in stock when I ordered.

I ordered a Rebel Flag on June 24th. Today July 19th I still have not received my Flag. My payment went through on the 25th. I have emailed them 3 times and I haven't heard back from them yet.
