not informed when I contacted them that there was a large charge for an estimatewas not informed on phone that there was an estimate charge of $97.50 for damage on new True cooler. Estimate was $556.68 for 2 handles and shipping. True Food Services shipped handles for free and I put them on. Thought Scarborough's was seriously overcharging and I spoke to them on phone. They did not send bill until I informed them that company fixed box for free and they never told me that there was a charge for an estimate. Received cooler on 7/8/13. They sent bill on 7/14/13.wrote them a note on 1st bill explaining that company I purchased this box from and who recommended scarborough's thought this was unfair practice.This was on 9/25/13 They continue to send bills adding $35.00 to original charge which is now up to $487.50Desired Settlementremove the bill completely. Original charge of $97.50 and the added late charge's making the bill now $487.50.The original late charge was $35.00 and the last bill was $$65.00 per month.They are threatening to sue us and the say they have tried to contact us which is not true. The reasoning for the late charges on the bill is we were called out to find out what was wrong with her cooler and that is a labor charge of 97.50 and are willing to take off the late charges if she will just pay her outstanding bill.
