Review: I had missionaries come to my address and just talked. Never was there any discussion of my purchasing any products of any sort. I did not verbally agree, sign any or was not even made aware of any intention of receiving any product in mail. To my surprise, I received in the mail what appears to be a study bible by [redacted]. It is in a box I haven't opened and it has a price on the back of the box of $79.95. I called to complain and was told that they had printed my name on this item. I never authorized any of this and refuse to pay for an item I never ordered. How should I handle this situation.Desired Settlement: I would just like to know how I should handle this, return the item?, why should I even be responsible for the postage?. There was never any purchase agreement, order form, contract or anything that I ordered. This was a scam and would like to know the correct way of handling this issue.

One of our missionariesdid visit [redacted] and he did mention that he was of Jewish heritage. We did send out a free giftunder no obligation to his residence. The Bible was personally engraved with his name, no stringsattached and he was told that he could accept, reject, return or discard the gift at no charge, using hisown discretion.
