I am rejecting this response because: we were at the ticket counter by the deadline but were made to wait because there was only one attendant on dutyDespite being made to wait we still would have had minutes to clear security and get to the gateThe customer service attendant on duty was unwilling to attempt to take our luggageShe began speaking to another staff person on the phone in another language about someone having cancelled our seatsWe dispute the claim that we did not arrive early enoughWe were there but were made to wait an unusual length of time
