email; we did not receive the letter you sent as it was sent to our Fair Oaks store in Sacramento store; unfortunately it was not forwarded to us.[redacted] our Administrative Assistant called Mr. ** on December 14th asking if him if he could wait until Monday to pick up the lamp he ordered; the lamp he purchased hadn’t been transferred from our [redacted] warehouse to the Cupertino store. Mr. ** was also offered our floor model for immediate pick-up. Mr. ** wasn’t happy that he couldn’t get his lamp that day so we had one of our warehouse employees take the lamp from the [redacted] warehouse to the Cupertino store the same day. The lamp was in the store ready for Mr. ** to pick up on the same day as we originally promised.Mr. ** came back to the store the next day, December 15th unhappy with the quality of the lamp. The quality is representative of what is shown on our floor. We gave Mr. ** a full refund immediately.We want to be responsive and answer any questions you may have.
