I rejected the response from Wally World but inadvertently proceeded without explaining why I reject I have telephone records of dates when we called Wally World and a copy of the check that they cashed The dates that we called them was actually the first week of August We wrote the check, letter of cancellation on August 12th I called them Dec My sister spoke to them on January 20th explaining that she called to get information on how to cancel and did what they told her to do The lady then asked if she received a cancellation contract My sister said no, she responded then its not cancelled We are not responsible for them not doing their jobs We did exactly what we were told to do Basically the have given response and this is one of the reasons why we cancelled They were not upfront from the beginning and did not divulge all the information.
