I backed into the driveway and in front of the carI got out of the truckA woman and her little girl came outside and she asked for the repo paperworkShe started cussing me at this pointAt one point was almost nose to nose calling me namesI never once said anything rude or mean to the womanThe child was about feet away from the car when I closed the claw around the tireIt was still on the groundNo one was near the car when I raised the wheel liftI even stopped on my way out of the driveway so she could get a car seat out of the backI have a witness as to what events unfolded
