Review: July 2, 2014 [redacted] was paid $545.00 to repair leaking sprinkler heads, move and adjust heads for better coverage and ensure system was working properly as it was turning on when it rained despite the rain sensor being in place. The day after I discovered that [redacted] had left his remote device attached to my box and the box apart. I contacted him and left several messages to come retrieve his device and fix the box. When I returned to town, I still had not heard from [redacted], when I attempted to contact him his business and cell phone numbers are out of service/disconnected or you cannot reach the number. I was trying to contact him this time in addition to removing his device, fixing my box but had discovered the job I paid him for was poor completed. I have had to relocate sprinkler heads he was supposed to move, straightened heads, replaced heads, had to turn one off as it is watering the concerte not the flowers and will not turn so I will have to dig it up and one was watering the fence which I have adjusted and one will not come on and I have not figured out why. At some point [redacted] has come by and retrieved his device but left the wires the device was attached to, hanging and the box apart. I have removed the wires and closed the box. I have repeated tried to contact [redacted] at his business, cell and another cell number that a female stated he has not had in over a year. I have tried to contact [redacted] a minimum of once a week.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and/or the repairs made for which he was originally paid. I also want reimbursement on the heads that I've had to purchase to replace on my own. Heads he was supposed to fix.
