Scales Galore

Had our first experience with Scales Galore this week We ordered a very expensive scale for a busy Bariatric office and the wrong parts were sent I called the company and they very eagerly gave me a return authorization However, I was expected to pay for the shipping I called Customer service and got the most rude young man I have ever encountered in a customer service field As he put it, " [redacted] ***" Never again will I order from this company

I called the company and they very eagerly gave me a return authorization. However, I was expected to pay for the shipping. I called Customer service and got the most rude young man I have ever encountered in a customer service field. As he put it, "[redacted]". Never again will I order from this company.

Ordered a hanging food scale in November. Had to call them to remind them to ship it. Returned it for exchange of a different item. Two months and several calls later they never shipped replacement so I asked them to cancel the order and send me a refund. They only returned a portion of my money. They will not respond to inquiries regarding same. Heads up: they just decided to keep 30% of my money. Will be opening a [redacted] dispute.
