Plywood walkboards are terrible quality as is the yellow 5x5 stagingPlywood on walkboards separated after months as opposed to others I have been using and abusing for many years. This is because the plywood they use is the same as the cheap garbage used for crating and shipping large items. Hooks on the ends bend if dropped from only 2 feet. Not even remotely as rugged as any other type.Scaffolding legs are all slightly bent in at the bottom. Pins fit terribly loose and rattle around.Responded to one of the many spam emails they send out with my complaints. Their curt, snide response 'you have been removed from our mailing list. Happy new year'.Desired SettlementEither a refund or replacement with a quality product as they claim to have on walkboards only. Business Response We sincerely apologize for any defective product that this customer may have received and for any inappropriate messages that may have been sent out by our staff. We make every effort to ensure that the quality of product we send out is exemplary, but due to the very large volume of orders we process every day sometime we miss a couple of products. We will replace or refund any product that we find to be defective in prompt timely manner.Final Business Response Replacements were sent out for the damaged/defective parts. See no charge invoice below.
Company sent me the wrong product. No one at the company is willing to talk to me about resolving this.Ordered a small 2 basket shopping cart. Invoice dated 01/15/14. Company called me later and said the item was out of stock and they could send me a one basket cart.I thought I knew which one they were talking about so I said that would be ok. They sent me one entirely the opposite of what I was wanting. It was much bigger and heavier. I called the company and they said I would have to speak to the person that called me and gave me his name. I have called the company numerous times and I'm told he is gone. I have emailed him also, but no reply.It's as if he does not want to talk to me to resolve this matter.Desired SettlementSince I ordered item #[redacted], the small 2 basket shopping cart, I would like to at least get that one.Business Response I AM THE PERSON THAT SPOKE TO THE LADY. JUST AS SHE STATES I TOLD HER THAT WE WERE OUT OF STOCK, BUT HAD A SMALL SHOPPING CART THAT SHE MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN. SHE SAID THAT THE CART WOULD BE FINE. IF SHE DOES NOT WANT THE CART, SHE CAN SHIP IT BACK TO ME AND I WILL REFUND HER FOR THE CART. IT NEEDS TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE.Final Business Response We agreed to refund $106 to our customer and allowed here to keep the larger cart. She agreed that this was a satisfactory resolution. See attached email correspondence and check.
Missing items and incorrect item sentOn 3/6/15 purchased 1 16-Foot [redacted], SKU [redacted] and 4 Scaffolding Level Jacks 1.375in OD, SKU [redacted]. Invoice #[redacted], Cust # [redacted], Order ID [redacted]. Total payment, including shipping, $826, paid with [redacted].My purchase of a rolling scaffold 16' tower package arrived with the wrong length grouser bar, missing 16 scaffolding pigtails, and missing 4 scaffold level jacks.All emails sent (6, so far) to [redacted], and support in which I requested the missing and incorrect items have been ignored.Each phone call (3) gets the same response: "We'll check our pictures of the shipment and get right back to you". No one ever does get back to me.Desired SettlementI want the 4 scaffold level jacks and the correct length grouser bar. ScaffoldMart can keep their 16 scaffolding pigtails as I've found a 7/16 bolt will work much better.Business Response Scaffoldmart sent out replacements on 3/24/2015 at no charge to the customer. Please see the attached invoices.
