S.C. Plumbing, Ltd.

Came unequipped to repair what I had requested to have fixed. Did not complete job.
I called S.C. Plumbing in June of 2012 to request help for two different bathrooms in my home. No one answered but I left a message on their answering machine. A couple of days later a young man, named [redacted], returned my call. He specifically asked me what my needs were. I told him about a problem with the toilet downstairs and also my toilet upstairs that was "running" continually. I gave him the brand of my toilets. [redacted] showed up on JUne 29, 2012. He took care of the toilet downstairs but let me know that he didn't have the proper parts to fix my toilet upstairs. He was there maybe 15 minutes. That was it! Nothing to affirm...I will make sure to get the proper part to fix your toilet and return and do the job right...nothing. Whether he completed this job...I was still getting billed either way. Somehow I did not get a bill until 7/13 2012 in the amount of $162.50. It states on the invoices that the "Plumber crimped chain back on upstairs toilet". Which is funny because that did nothing to fix that toilet whatsoever. I went around and around about this because in my view, this is what is wrong with this world. There is no accountability with 'Doing The Right Thing". I considered not pay this bill and having my attorney send them a letter letting them know why. In the end I did send them a check with an attached letter stating everything.
