I've been trying to get a replacement custom window installed for the past 2 months that was damaged by a neighbor that Bidwell improvement orginally installed a few years ago. Unable to get this co to call me back after one of there owners came out in mid July, measured and gave a quote stating installation would take 2 weeks. Owner called at the end of July, stated he had the window and would install it last Sunday in July and never showed up. It's now mid September and this Co. has not return phone calls. I've called several times and no one has returned my calls yet. Very poor customer service.
