Review: **S representative explained conditions of contract and deliberately mislead me into giving them $295 with no recourse.

In August of 2012 I inquired about a cash advance with **S Capital. When the contract came I noticed they were including a $295 "fee". I asked the **S representative what the fee was for and they said it was only charged if my cash advance was accepted, that it was a processing fee. That made sense, most companies have processing fees. However, my cash advance was denied and they withdrew the $295 from my bank account. When I spoke with a **S representative about it they told me that they would not refund the money because I signed the contract and agreed to the fee. Had I been accurately informed, I would have NEVER agreed to such an insane fee. This business is operating in a way as to scam hard working people out of their money. Charging $295.00 to tell me that you won't loan me money is insane. I am livid.Desired Settlement: I want the $295.00 refunded to me.

Our policy is not to lie or decieve any potential clients. Unfortunately, this empolyee who was misleading is no longer with our company. I will be meeting with my accountant next week to try and have these funds transferred back into your account.
