We have reached out to the complainant and they have explained they share an email with their mother and sister, and they each have 2-accounts openThese accounts all share similar identifying information which is suspicious leading us to investigate and close them.I have now re-opened one of [redacted] accounts and explained that she cannot open any further accounts until formally closing this one.Thank you for your assistance and please contact us with any further inquiries.Best,Team Depop
