To Whom it May Concern,

Your customer service is horrendous. Your garbage collector ignored my house on Thursday, December 12 with the sticker clearly visible sticking straight up from the handle like always. The recycling was picked up as it was supposed to be. This is not the first time the house has been bypassed by your driver. Since I have a large Christmas party today (Saturday, December 14) it was imperative that I have an empty garbage can for the party waste. I called right at 5:00 PM Thursday when I got home, no answer, so I called again Friday morning at 9;48 AM when I got home and was told they would review the tapes and get back to me. No call back, I called again at 1:21 PM and 1;28PM where I was again told I would receive a call back and pick up. Again no call back. I called again at 4:49PM spoke to Marquez who said he would look right into it and I stated that I need the garbage picked up for the party. The phone disconnected. Did he hang up on me? Called back at 4:54PM and was then told that the longer I kept him on the phone the less likely it would be that he would review to see that I indeed had the sticker on the can so he could get someone out this morning, Nothing. Called back at 8;28 this morning (Saturday) and spoke with a lady who said she would research, send an email to management and call me right back. No call back. I call again at 8:54AM and she says that no one will pick up the trash until Monday because no one is in the area. I said that is unacceptable and not my problem. It is your responsibility to pick up my trash since I had it out on the curb early as required and your driver ignored it. She hung up on me….
