Dear Representative BBB:This letter is in response to a Customer's statement regarding a dress that was brought to S&B Cleaners.The customer brought the Dress for Dry Cleaning, which we inspected as we do with any beaded dress, and according to the instructions the dress need it to be "spot... clean only" and that is exactly what we did. Which means the dress it was returned to the customer in the same condition as it was brought to us. The customer stated that she borrowed the dress from a friend, and the dress was three years old, and we told the customer that the dress had to be clean at one point, but not by us.
