Sayoc Global

Review: Ordered products from www.sayoc.com's online store on 5/16/13. My order number with the online store is [redacted]. The total purchase amount of the order was $164.94 with shipping. I received a confirmation email of the purchase along with a message from the seller telling me that the order would ship by 5/23/13.

The funds were charged to my credit card and the purchase was paid in full.

1 week after my order was supposed to have shipped, on 5/30/13, I emailed the seller at Sayoc.com requesting status of my order. No response from the seller.

1 week after my first attempt to contact the seller via email I attempted to contact the seller again, this time via the 'Contact Us' link on the Sayoc.com website. I filled out the form that the 'Contact Us' link directed my to and again asked for a status update on my order.

The website claims that inquiries made via the 'Contact' link on the site will be answered within 24-48 hours. I have waited another week with no response and it is now nearly a month since I placed the order and the Sayoc.com online store charged my credit card for said order.

I have not received my order, nor have I received any notification that it has even shipped and all of my inquiries regarding my order have been ignored by the seller.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order that I have paid for as soon as possible and I would like tracking information for the shipment of the order.
