Review: We reserved a date for a wedding that was to be held at the Hotel. Within 2 weeks I came to the realization that this Wedding would not be taking place due to personal issues. I immediately emailed Ellen and was told that they would handle it. My Bank then sent me a letter stating that the Hotel claims this is a valid dispute and they do not want to issue a refund even though there is almost a year until the date and they will fill that space with another wedding. Its sickening that after having to endure all of this and being told I would be helped that they continue to try to hurt me. If it's an issue of the 1100.00 then I would accept a gift card for that amount from the Hotel.Desired Settlement: I would like the dispute ended or a gift card for the 1100.00 deposit.
