Saybrook Motor Sports

Well, after they did take care of a few issues when I bought the truck, now after 1-2 out of a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty I can't seem to get a hold of anyone concerning another perk issue with the truck. No one answers the phone, get an automated response and getting kinda *** off right now. Bought the 3 yrs warranty. *** I really don't want to take the 40 min drive but this truck might end up in Saybrook Motor Sports lot. What the *** guys?

On November 19, 2019, *** I purchased a used car along with an extended warranty from Saybrook Motor Sports ***. We put down some cash and financed the balance of the cost for the car and warranty. On March 10, 2020, we were notified by registered certified mail from the warranty company, ***, that, as of midnight on February 27, 2020, our warranty contract was cancelled due to nonpayment from our selling dealer.

We bought a *** from Mr. Jesus R in November 2019. I *** co-signed on the Vehicle for my son ***. Mr. R alleged there was a Service Contract for three years in which Mr. R included a charge $1943.00 for such contract.

Mr. R submitted the contract *** to *** after the required deadline for the contract, WITHOUT PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACT COMPANY UP TO THIS POINT,as stated by ***. THE CAR NEEDS SERVICE FOR A DEFECTIVE TURBO SUPERCHARGER PROBLEM.

Now we found out we do not a HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT. Also we were never informed that they were after market parts in the car. So we cannot get this car fix, under the service contract, as we were told. Worst of all my son is paying a loan for a car that cannot perform/driven at any length.
