Say Red Cheese

I rented Say Red Cheese for my wedding. The day of my wedding the attendant was late and arrived with the wrong photo booth, so the person of contact was immediately contacted. Several incidents incurred during the event, which called us to email the company during the wedding. The attendant took numerous breaks, was rude to my guest, complained about being sick and tired, ate before my guest and was just unprofessional.
In the emails and on their website they advertise a package that states packages includes color or black/white prints, Free personalization/Logo, props, video message, photo album, digital copies, twitter posting/Facebook posting, free delivery, onsite attendant. I did not receive the photo album or digital photos. The company was contacted and they said it was not included in our package, but our confirmed email states it was included in the package we purchased. We have all the emails to prove it.
We sent emails to the Senior Director [redacted] and he stated what came with the package before we purchased it, they are still offering this package. It's false advertisement. We have been going back and forth with the company for weeks and have got nowhere. [redacted] mentioned they have had numerous problems with this attendant and his temper issues. [redacted] also disclosed that the attendant is a college student and his salary, which was very unprofessional and did not resolve my issue!
They don't respond to emails until you call and then they tell you to give them a week. Basically this company took my money and did not delivery what they promise and now they are unreachable.
