Review: On 12/**/14, I first contacted Say It With A Condom via e-mail and inquired as to how I might purchase a custom-made product. They responded with instructions and a guarantee that they could meet my Christmas delivery deadline. On 12/**/14, I submitted my design and promptly received an invoice requesting payment, which I immediately paid that day. I was then told I would receive a digital proof to approve either that night or the morning after. On 12/**/14, when I had received no proof to review, I e-mailed the company and asked about my order status. A day later, an e-mail was returned to me which simply said that the proof had been sent four days ago and that it will no longer get there before Christmas. With no apologies, a refund was offered. I expressed my disapproval, but agreed to continue with purchasing the product which I was told would be shipped on 1/*/15. From that moment on, the company was dark. Their phones went to voicemail, and the responses to my e-mails took days. Finally, they admitted that the person assisting me was out of the country, and that their offices were closed. There was no mention of this directly to me, on their phones' voicemails, nor on the company's website. On 1/*/15, when I was told the office would be open, I sent an e-mail asking if we could get this done and shipped today. I received a response at nearly closing time with a proof and a letter saying that it would take 2-3 days to ship. I was angry, so I looked at it briefly and said yes so I wouldn't have to talk to them anymore. Not 15 minutes later, I retracted my approval in order to fix a flaw I found, subsequently sending two more e-mails with my requested fix. After no response, I was told the next day my order had shipped, and they hadn't received anything from me. I requested a refund and attached proof of my two previous e-mails. They refused, claiming my fault. Eventually, they relented and said a check would arrive in 7-10 business days. After 14 business days, I have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the check I was promised.
