Say I Do Formal Hair

The owner of Say I Do Beauty, ***, has charged me $534 for BABE hair extensions. When she was installing my hair extensions, she had leftover hair I paid for, but assured me she could save it and would install it at a later time.

Unfortunately, Jessica has not allowed me to rebook with her and will not allow me to pick up the hair she has charged me for - she is ignoring me completely. My hair has grown out, and is matted and damaged because it was not serviced in a timely manner as she assured me it would be.

I have made several attempts to contact her and rectify this situation: February 25, February 26, March 1, March 5. Jessica has read all of these messages on Facebook but has not responded, meanwhile she is actively posting to her personal page, so I know she is able to access her account but is choosing not to respond.

After searching for her on the Revdex.com website, I am concerned that she is practicing business without a license. She is teaching classes on dermaplaning and giving eyelash extensions but I cannot find her license anywhere. Additionally, she has stolen hair from me that I would like to have returned.
