This location permanently closed (unannounced) effective end of business on 6/30/Once I found out they were closed I emailed them at the address provided, [email protected] but they have been completely unresponsiveI had a [redacted] Membership with them in which I was charged $monthly for servicesMy email to them was to request reimbursement for the 2+ remaining massages that I have on my account ($value each) at the time of their closure, and more importantly, reimbursement for the monthly membership fee that was charged on 7/3/17, POST LOCATION CLOSUREAdditionally, I have an unredeemed gift card in the amount of $that I was asking if it can be returned, again, no response from them at allThis location is closed, I should not be charged for services they will not render & they should be stopped immediately from charging people

This company is definitely a top notch organization They put all their efforts into ensuring they do exactly what they claim or better Our offices have not looked this good since they were new and Sparklean keeps them looking good Our floors are pristine and our bathrooms are above the norm for a commercial work environment They are always positive and always energetic to give us the service we request and beyond I highly recommend Sparklean for any cleaning services from floors to bathrooms to kitchens and anything else company related to your needs

I had credits upto USD and I tried reaching the previous owner over email and phone but have no reply on my money or credits

My husband purchased a gift card in May I went to use it about a month later only to find this business had closed down No warningI tried since then to contact their corporate office, as well as, other locations to get our money back but I am not getting anywhereOne person has written me back trying to help, but has since stoppedShe gave me another corporate number and acknowledged my husbands information and record of purchasing the gift card But I still cannot get a resolution I dodnt keep copies of my attempts to reach out until recently, as I didn't thi I this would get to this point We just want our $back
